As this product is individually created for you, personalised caps cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or we have made an error.

• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron directly over the embroidery
• Allow the cap to air-dry naturally

Please note: “Metallic” refers to the appearance of the embroidery thread. The embroidery is not made from real gold or silver.
